What is Roane's Table?
Roane's Table is the result of my relentless-and occasionally painful-quest to learn Paella. After enduring rapid-fire Spanish scoldings, ear tugs, and the occasional wooden spoon to the head, I've survived in the name of culinary excellence.
Now, I look to share what I've learned through the dishes I serve, and the stories I tell.
